The Government of the Voronezh Region has determined a new significant date on December 16th. On this day, the beginning of the liberation of the Voronezh region from the Nazi invaders was laid. The symbol of this great day is the Victory Monument, which was created and presented to the Voronezh Region by the sculptor FYODOR KUZMICH SUSHKOV.
